Your account

Driftless Tickets uses Clerk for email sign-in. Clerk manages your credentials and sign-in session. A ChatGPT account is not required for customer access.

Your ticket records

Original photos, ticket fields and extracted text are saved to private cloud storage on your account. Every request for a ticket or photo checks that it belongs to your signed-in account. The current pilot supports up to 500 tickets or 1 GB per account, whichever comes first.

Text recognition runs in your browser. Photos are uploaded to Driftless storage for access across devices; they are not sent to an AI API for reading. Hosting and authentication providers process requests and operational logs to run and secure the service.

Company logo

Your uploaded or photographed logo is resized in your browser and saved privately to your account for use on other devices. The rendered copy has camera metadata removed. Uploading a new logo replaces the previous one; you can remove it in the report branding controls while your plan or pilot is active.

Company jobs and crew

Company workspaces store job files, rendered report photos and logos privately in cloud object storage. Worker names, unavailable dates, assignments, actual hours and correction history are stored in the company database. Company owners and invited managers can view and edit company records. Invitations are single-use, expire after seven days, and should only be shared with the intended person. Company access is checked for every request.

Field job edits remain on screen until you choose Save to cloud. Report photos are resized; keep originals separately. Individual time entries preserve corrections and the account making them. Linking reviewed hours creates a report snapshot; future time corrections do not silently rewrite that report. A job supports up to 31 reports and three photos per report; the pilot limits each company to 100 jobs of up to 10 MB each and 10,000 crew records. Cloud job saves replace the previous job file; export backups for independent recovery. Crew audit history is retained.

Reports and sharing

CSV and PDF files are created on your device. Sharing opens your device’s share menu where you choose an app and recipients. Driftless does not automatically send those reports. Exported files may contain job details, vehicle identifiers and other information from your tickets.

Retention and access

Keep downloaded copies of important records and original photos. Paid access controls capture and editing; saved records remain available to view and export after access expires. For account or record deletion, email support@driftlesssolutions.us from your account email. Self-service ticket or account deletion is not available in this pilot.
